He has successfully represented parties in the largest construction cases in North America, including the $146 Million Central Arizona Pipeline Failure, the 1986 SCE Laughlin, Nevada Powerplant Explosion (6 deaths and $150 million in lost power revenue), and a $140 Million P3 Claim on San Francisco’s Presidio Parkway Project.
